- Helen Roseveare was a missionary who pioneered medical work in the rain forests of the Congo in the 1960's. This film tells the story of her being beaten, raped and imprisoned by the rebels who ravaged the country after it gained its independence. - On-the-street interviews of young people in Mexico City on a variety of subjects. They have a lot to say about the stereotypical ways their country is perceived, and they are determined to set the record straight. Bilingual with captions. Be aware that when the young people are interviewed on the issue of AIDS, they openly admit their sexual promiscuity and use of condoms.

- Rev. George Rench is the Director of the Asia Pacific Region. He was a missionary in Taiwan and pioneered the work in Indonesia. This is his report on the growth, victories, and outreach in his region. He speaks on how, in this area which encompasses the size of seven continental U.S.'s, the church is striving to find unity in diversity. He talks about the church works in Japan, Australia, the Philippines, Korea, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Taiwan, Samoa, Micronesia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Burma.

- Nati is a 14-year-old Tzeltal Maya who lives in a remote settlement in Chiapas, Mexico. Surrounded by the ruins of his ancestors' once-mighty civilizations, Nati is more concerned with his daily routine and prospects for the future. Due to the demands of his own culture, Nati is seriously considering marriage and family life at an age when most U.S. teens are still considered children. This trip to a Third World village through the eyes of a 14-year-old offers a different look at rural Latin America. Pretty sketchy in terms of details it offers, however.

- Why was it important to teach the Bible chronologically to the Puinave tribe of Colombia? Replacing Spanish with the Puinaves' own tribal language was not enough to deliver them from their syncretism. The chronological approach allowed the Gospel to be presented gradually within the full context of the whole Scripture. This is a true account of their journey from confusion to faith. The opening sequences refer back to Ee-Taow in order to lead into this one. [ for an example of syncretism in Mexico, see the video "Celebrating the Day of the Dead" ]

- Traces the roots of Sikhism and its central place of worship, the Golden Temple in Punjab, from its founding by Guru Nanak in 1469 through today. It's central precepts -- belief in one God, the equality of all people, and the performance of good deeds -- are discussed with quite a bit of narration by a 14-year old Sikh girl. The Sikh's dress code and the significance of the traditional Sikh head wrap is explained. The video includes a tour of the Golden Temple and some footage of a wedding.

- God's call took five missionaries — Jim Elliot (sometimes misspelled as Eliot or Eliott), Pete Fleming, Ed McCully, Nate Saint and Roger Youderian — into the land of the primitive Waodani (then called "Aucas") who killed them. Elizabeth Eliot, wife of one of the martyrs, would not give up. She, her daughter and Rachel Saint courageously returned to live among the Aucas and push forward with the missions work begun by those five martyrs. The film, narrated by Elizabeth Eliot, effectively demonstrates God's grace at work during an unforgettable moment in modern missions history. - Two presentations on the same cassette featuring short-term missionaries' experiences with New Tribes Mission.
- In "To Be a Part" twenty-six teens and collegians descend upon missionaries in Venezuela to work and learn. The aggressively friendly Yanomamo tribe was the undisputed highlight of their entire Summit/Assist trip.
- "Each Stick Had a Name" is a slide presentation adapted for video tape. Photos and voice recordings captured live on the scene with a Summit/Assist team experiencing the spiritual need of a tribe in Papua New Guinea in a life-changing way.

- Details the ministry of Dr. Orpha Speicher and the Reynolds Memorial Hospital of India. It is hokey and the question and answer time is obviously contrived. However, somewhat interesting in the development and calling of a medical missionary.
