Withdrawal - Even if a man withdraws before ejaculation, it doesn't matter a small amount of sperm escapes from the penis prior to ejaculation which contains millions of sperm.
Rhythm - Ovulation occurs 14 days BEFORE you period. If you are only counting days--it matters if you are ONE day off.
Intercourse during menstruation - If you have abnormal cycles, you could be ovulating when you don't realize it.
Standing up immediately after sex - There is a chemical reaction that keeps the sperm in whether you stand up or not.
Nothing - Doing nothing gives you an 85% chance of getting pregnant.
