 The Wesleyan Philosophical Society (WPS)
in conjunction with the Society for the Study of Psychology and Wesleyan
Theology (SSPWT) is pleased to announce that D. Stephen Long has agreed to serve
as our Keynote Speaker for our 2007 Annual Meeting at Olivet Nazarene
University. The WPS conference will center on Themes from Wesleyan and Catholic
Thought.
D. Stephen Long is
Associate Professor of Systematic Theology at
Garrett-Evangelical
Seminary. He has recently written a book entitled
John Wesley's
Moral Theology where, as John Wright states, he "places Wesley rightfully
within the Catholic tradition of moral theology." WPS
members are looking forward to what Prof. Long
will bring to the conference.
