Conformity is the object of a broken society

as we fight to be different

do we in reality

conform?

telling you I can't when

in reality

i can

scared to take the step that

would bring about

conflict?

and I conform

i make justifications for

any action that is different than

someone else's

pride being the evil that gets in the way

of my

Individuality-

i am a conformist

scared to take the step

small as it seems

to what Webster defines as

Individuality

realizing that in taking that

step-I become conformed to

non-conformity

oh, well…
